To Love-Ru Darkness will return in a special chapter released as one-shot

Jump Square revealed on its official website that the manga To Love-Ru Darkness will return with a single chapter.

The extra chapter will be released as a one-shot, and will be published in the May 2 issue of Jump Square.

The manga To Love-Ru was released in 2006 until 2009 on Weekly Shonen Jump, and shortly thereafter won a sequel To Love-Ru Darkness, which was published on Jump Square from 2010 to 2017, both written by Saki Hasemi with art by Kentaro Yabuki.

Both stories the romantic misadventures of Rito Yuuki and a harem of human and alien girls, filled with ecchi and comedy, with a few hints of action. The manga's features have evolved a lot over time and its ecchi parts have made it a huge success. Both manga also gained adaptations in anime and several OVA's.
