Mary Skelter 2 gets patch that removes censorship on Steam
Developer Ghostlight shared on its official website a patch that removes the censorship of Mary Skelter 2, the game that was released this week on Steam, had had the mini-game " Purge Corruption" removed, as she herself had reported "due to circumstances beyond her control". The patch that restores the game to its original form can be downloaded from the official website.
Don't know what this mini-game is?
The first Mary Skelter: Nightmares was released for PS Vita in 2016, and is a dungeon action role-playing game, and its sequel Mary Skelter 2 continues the previous adventure, and shows the events that took place after the previous protagonist Jack became a nightmare. Players can use their Nightmare powers to defeat enemies, but at a maddening cost. Set in an alternate reality that includes familiar characters from the first game, players must relive experiences of torture dungeons and find ways to feed an almost insatiable prison without falling into the grip of madness.
In the game, players will need to satisfy the needs of the living prison by completing the three wishes in the prison, which will give Jack various bonuses. During battles, Jack will be able to succumb to the nightmare and transform into Jack the Ripper, where he can inflict a devastating amount of damage. The game also features items known as Blood Crystals, which can be harvested to transform into new objects.
